Q:What is your MOQ of your products?

A: We only have MOQ for some special customized cable order, we request 1km as the total length of the bulk cable, even your current cable order doesn’t meet 1km, but you can also purchase 1km bulk cable and we can store the remaining bulk cable for your future orders. For other fiber and copper products, we don’t have the MOQ and we always have enough stock for our hot selling products.

Q:Are free samples available from you?

A: Yes, we are always happy to offer the free samples for all of our customers’ projects provided that the total cost is under 50 US dollars

Q: What if we received defective cables from you and what is your solution?

A:Quality and customer satisfaction are always number one priorities in FiberMania business concept, however, in few such cases, we will immediately track on your order records at our factory upon receipt of your complaint, then issue you our analysis report and prepare you the brand new cables within 1-3 working days.

Q:What is the lead time of your regular cable order?

A:We currently produce around 10k terminated connectors per day, and for regular volume order, we can even ship the same day or in 3 working days.

Q: Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?

A:Absolutely yes, we have been doing OEM services since we start in this business, and for every single label, printing, bag and carton design, we always treat it seriously and do it nicely. We also have our engineers design for your needed products, such as fiber patch panel, terminal box, faceplate and other metal parts, we can even open the tooling for your specific projects.
